Robin Sorensen brings over 17 years of experience to the kitchen, with a strong foundation built at Manning’s Heath Golf Club and The Greenman at Partridge Green. He later honed his fine dining skills under acclaimed chefs including Paul Welburn, Adam Simmonds, Paul O’Neill, and Jean Delpont. Passionate about creative cooking and original menu design, Robin is excited to present his first Gourmet Club menu at D’Arcy’s, showcasing his innovative style and refined culinary flair.
