About the event

On 21st May, D’Arcy’s Wine Bar welcomes Jack Marsh, Head Chef at Bolney Wine Estate, for a special evening celebrating the bold, seasonal flavours of Sussex.


With over 20 years of culinary experience, Jack brings a refined, ingredient-led approach to his cooking. His menu for the evening features a series of carefully crafted small plates, each celebrating the best of local produce, with highlights including slow braised lamb shoulder with dukka, local crab salad, and confit duck leg bon bons with blood orange gel.


Each dish will be expertly paired with a different Bolney wine, allowing guests to experience how flavour, texture, and balance come together in perfect harmony. On the night, guests will enjoy a tasting journey through six of Bolney’s wines, including Pinot Gris, Bolney Bubbly Rosé, Classic Cuvée, Pinot Noir, Muscaris 2022, and English Vines Rosé.
